Vale’s Australian Corporate Communication department engaged me over a number of months to edit and proofread documents and write a broad range of articles from scratch for Vale News, their in-house magazine. Vale is a global mining company that transforms natural resources into prosperity and sustainable development.
I was engaged to rewrite Gill and Lane’s entire new website content. With their striking new design and clearly-written content, they have completely transformed the look and feel of their original site. Gill & Lane Solicitors, based in Sandgate, Brisbane, provide expert knowledge in Wills and Estates and have comprehensive experience in a number of general areas of the law.
As part of By-Tech’s website redesign project, I was hired to rewrite their entire content. By-Tech Engineering provides a range of practical and professional engineering services to assist clients in all aspects of projects both large and small.

I wrote Nicola Claire’s website content and in 2015 started writing a regular blog post for Nicola Claire’s current interior design projects. The company is Brisbane-based and specialises in residential interiors, consultancy and project management.
I was asked to write a feature story on the home in Sierra Leone and the Brisbane charity’s founder, Jane Shakespeare. The story was published on www.mamamia.com.au. St. Mary’s Children’s Home is a charity based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia to raise funds for St. Mary’s Children’s Home in Bo, Sierra Leone.
I interviewed the owner, visited her Childcare Centre and wrote a feature article which was published in a local newspaper. Parklands Drive Early Education and Kindergarten is the premier Childcare Centre in Boronia Heights, Logan and the greater Brisbane area.

I was one of two journalists hired to rewrite content for their new website refresh project. I was also contracted to BlueCare’s Communications Department to write articles for BluePrint magazine. BlueCare is one of Australia’s leading providers of community health and residential aged care, caring for more than 12,500 people every day.
I was engaged to rewrite Faulkner Removals’ entire website content for the launch of their new, dynamic website. Faulkner Removals takes a great deal of pride in their record of offering ‘full service’ relocation solutions to their residential and commercial customers.

Peopleconnexion’s CEO engaged me to produce a three-monthly company newsletter and to edit a series of articles. Peopleconnexion is a niche employment agency serving the needs of the design engineering industry with offices in Brisbane, Australia and PNG.
I wrote a humorous column for SU Queensland’s monthly newsletter. Scripture Union Queensland is a Christian not-for-profit with a heart for youth and children.
I’ve had a range of humorous columns published in the Opinion Section of The Courier Mail:

As part of GoZeaus’s website revamp, I was engaged to rewrite their website content. GoZeaus is a family owned and operated company specialising in house washing, roof repairs and maintenance in the Brisbane area.

I was contracted by one of Axis’s partners to interview his clients and thereafter produce a series of customer testimonials which were used in a printed brochure. Axis is a privately owned Australian company experienced in superannuation, financial planning, broking, investment and insurance advice.
I was commissioned to write an indepth feature article for ICN on the state of longwall mining in Australia. ICN magazine is a leading source of information on coal, well respected by mine employees and management, suppliers, government bodies and research and safety organisations alike.
I was commissioned to write freelance feature stories for Country Style about homes and an art gallery – Art on Cairncross – in Maleny, Queensland. County Style combines quality journalism and stunning photography to bring stories of inspirational people and places from around Australia – coast to coast.
